Please read carefully these terms of use before accessing or using the website.
Definitions
“Platform” shall refer to the website Ehgezlk.com which is owned and managed by MINASA software development company registered under, Muscat, Oman.
“Event Organizer” shall refer to a third-party individual or organization (which will typically include the sale of tickets for Events) which may include a venue, performer, promoter, university society or organization, or general event organizer.
“Customer” Shall refer to an individual or individuals who book tickets for an Event via our Platform.
“Event” shall refer to an individual event or events listed on our Platform.
“Ticket” shall refer to any form of paid or complimentary entrance document for measuring and controlling entrance whether a physical printed ticket or an electronic form of ticket such as a QR code, or reference number which identifies the holder as having purchased or been given permission to access a specific Event.
Use of service Policy.
In using the Platform, you agree that:
2.1.1 In making the Platform available to you, we are granting you a limited license to use the Platform and its services, by the Terms.
2.1.2 All information provided by you to us, including on registration with the Platform, is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading in any respect. You can update your information and details at any time by accessing your account via the Platform.
2.1.3 You are responsible and liable for ensuring that anyone using the Platform via your account log-in details complies with these Terms.
2.1.4 We reserve the right, at any time, to restrict or prevent you from using the Platform, albeit we will look to honour ticket sales where possible, unless you have failed to comply with the Terms or other circumstances beyond our control apply.
2.1.5 You will comply with all applicable laws.
2.1.5 You have the requisite permission and authority to list the Events and tickets for sale and you have permission to hold the Event(s) at all venues/locations listed in the Event description. In addition, you will not use the Platform (or any part thereof) for any unlawful purpose, including creating false or fake events to solicit payment from ticket sales.
2.1.6 You will refrain from doing anything which we believe (in our reasonable opinion) to be disreputable, capable of damaging our reputation, or which compromises the display of content on our Platform.
2.1.6 You will not use the Platform in any way that causes the Platform to become damaged or impaired, or in any way compromises the effectiveness, efficiency or functionality of the Platform.
2.1.7 You will not upload or transmit any computer viruses, macro viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful programs designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer, smartphone, computer tablet or other mobile technology.
2.1.8 You will not attempt any unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, access or attempt to access the accounts of other users, penetrate or attempt to penetrate any security measures, or attempt to use the Platform in any manner which violates or infringes the rights of any person, firm or company (including, but not limited to, rights of intellectual property, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy).
2.1.9 You will not disseminate any content which is defamatory, obscene, or may have the effect of being harassing, threatening or abusive to an individual or group of individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, disability or otherwise.
2.1.10 You will not use the Platform to display, link to, or advertise third-party products and services including other ticketing services (unless we expressly agree to this in writing). Furthermore, you will not use the Platform as a listing service with a view to directing people to other ticketing platforms.
2.1.11 You will treat Customers introduced to you through the Platform in a respectful manner, and not cause harm to any property or person or engage in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive behaviour or activity when interacting with Customers or using the service under the Platform.
2.1.12 You will not share your password with anyone outside the Event Organizer team, let any such person access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardise the security of your account.
Tickets, Sales & Marketing.
3.1 The Platform is free to use. However, fees may be charged based on your subscription plan.
3.1 You may sell any number of tickets for an Event through the Platform, provided the total number does not exceed the legal capacity for the Event described under each subscription category.
3.2. You agree not to make available through the Platform and all other methods of sale, more tickets than the legal capacity of the Event.
5.3. Tickets can be sold as late as you make them available through the Platform and as far in advance as the Platform permits.
3.4 We pay by bank transfer directly to your nominated bank account. This transfer is subject to standard banking conditions. It is your responsibility to give us your correct bank details and payment will not be made to you until we have received such details. incurred by us in paying you may be deducted from the amount paid to offset this cost.
3.5 Payment will be sent to the organizer 28th of each month given that the minimum amount of money is already available.
3.6 We will apply a booking fee on all paid Tickets sold through the Platform under the pricing displayed on our subscription page.
3.7 All Tickets should be inclusive of VAT fees and its organizer's responsibility to declare the fees required.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
4.1 Refund policies:
As an Event Organizer, it is up to you to set the terms of your refund policy for an Event. Refund policies must meet our minimum standards as follows:
4.1.1 They must be made clear in the description on the relevant Event page.
4.1.2 They must be fair and reasonable and must not be changed retrospectively.
4.1.3 They must provide details on how to request and obtain a refund. Timelines and clear instructions should be provided.
4.1.4 They should comply with our requirements where an Event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled (section 4.2).
4.1.5 They must comply with all local laws.
“No-refund” policies are allowed provided they are clearly identified as such, meet our minimum standards above and comply with our terms if an Event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled.
4.2 Cancellation policies:
If you need to cancel, postpone or re-schedule an Event please stop ticket sales via your account or contact us so that we may do so.
Where an Event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, you must:
4.2.1 Offer Customers a full refund and provide a reasonable period for refunds to be claimed (typically 30 days) with clear communication to Customers about how they can claim a refund.
If you have invited Customers to retain their tickets for a future Event, you must keep them updated as to when you expect such Event(s) to be held and provide further opportunities for refunds or Alternative Consideration should you continue to postpone Events.
We will liaise with you as to how best to refund Customers who have bought tickets to an Event that is cancelled, postponed or re-scheduled. Where you have been paid some or all the ticket sales proceeds to an Event, you will need to either return these funds to us so that we can make refunds on your behalf, or refund Customers directly.
Termination.
Ehgezlk.com has the full right to suspend or terminate your account in case of any violations to the terms of service or of the below-prohibited events:
5.1 Actions that violate the law or this Agreement.
5.2 Inappropriate or unauthorized use of the Services by a Promoter
5.3 Events to recruit membership for a particular ideology or religion
5.4 Events that violate public order and morality, such as to conduct sexual and obscene acts.
Privacy Policy.
We take our client's privacy seriously and we only collect, store & transfer and use your personal information as outlined below.
Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to us. We shall therefore only use your name and other information, which relates to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will only collect information where we must do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.
We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
- Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
Collection of Personal Information
When you create an organizer account in our platform or otherwise provide us with your personal/organization information through the Website, the information we collect may include your: Name, Address, Email Address, Contact Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Gender.
You must only submit to us, our authorized agent or the Website, information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the information provided by you.
