“Platform” shall refer to the website Ehgezlk.com which owned and managed by MINASA software development company which registered under, Muscat, Oman.
“Event Organizer” shall refer to a third-party individual or organization (which will typically include the sale of tickets for Events) which may include a venue, performer, promoter, university society or organization, or general event organizer.
“Customer” Shall refer to an individual or individuals who book tickets for an Event via our Platform.
“Event” shall refer to an individual event or events listed on our Platform.
“Ticket” shall refer to any form of paid or complimentary entrance document of measuring and controlling entrance whether a physical printed ticket or an electronic form of ticket such as QR code, reference number which identifies the holder as having purchased or been given permission to access a specific Event.
2.1 Tickets must be used on the date and, if applicable, by a certain time, of the Event specified, or they will no longer be valid.
You will not be entitled to a refund if tickets are not used on their specified date or by any specified time.2.2 Your tickets should not be copied or reproduced in any form, including by way of photograph or screen-grab / shot or similar. Unless you legitimately transfer tickets via the Platform, any attempt to re-sell, trade, transfer or reproduce a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation and your Ehgezlk account may be terminated by us.
2.3 It is your responsibility to check your ticket as if you have made a mistake it cannot always be rectified after booking. Please check your ticket on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake, or if you have not received your ticket.
2.4 In case an event has been canceled or the date and time been re-scheduled. we will use reasonable endeavors to notify you of this fact once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Organizer.
2.5 Tickets are offered subject to the Event Organizer’s right to alter or vary the program due to Events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances, you will be entitled to a refund.
2.6 Unless with the express permission of us and / or the Event Organizer, you may not combine a ticket with any other promotions or use a ticket as an incentive or prize in a promotion or competition, or otherwise use such ticket in the course of business.
Event Organizers set their own refund policies. Before purchasing tickets to an Event, you should ensure that you are aware of the refund policy set by the Event Organizer and contact them directly if necessary.
Event Organizers may have a “no-refund” policy.
If an Event Organizer has allowed refunds, then conditions are likely to apply, and you should first contact the Event Organizer to see if you qualify for a refund.
If an Event is cancelled, postponed, or re-scheduled due to any circumstances you will be refunded.
We take our customer’s privacy seriously and we only collect, store & transfer and use your personal information as outlined below.

We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.
